Nominate your candidate for Ruter Dam's sister program, Spader Ess, by filling in the contact details and describe how you view the participant's future career development, how she can develop within the company and the participant's leadership responsibility. We’d also want a few lines from the participant herself as well as her CV.
If you apply for yourself, your application needs to be endorsed by your immediate manager.
