"I have always found it educational and exciting to meet talented creative talents in the business world. It is also fun to follow these ambitious women who want to develop in their companies and understand the challenges and problems they face on a daily basis. These conversations are both important and useful to me and gives me an understanding of what challenges employees have and it gives me ideas and inspiration for my own leadership. Hopefully I can also contribute and support future female business leaders."
